Inauguration de la stèle de la 83e US Infantry Division

Dans le cadre des festivités du 80e anniversaire de la libération,
une stèle en hommage aux héros de la 83e Infantry Division US sera inaugurée
le 5 juin 2024, à 10 heures.
Cette inauguration sera suivie de dépôts de gerbes au monument au mort, à la plaque hommage à Théodore Roosevelt Jr, et à la stèle de l'aérodrome ;
puis de l'ouverture de l'exposition "La vie des habitants de Méautis, de 1939 jusqu'à la reconstruction".
Accès au parking à partir de 9 h.
Buvette et restauration sur place.
As part of the festivities of the 80th D-Day,
a stele in tribute to the heroes of the US 83rd Infantry Division will be inaugurated
on June 5, 2024, at 10 a.m.
This inauguration will be followed by laying wreaths at the memorial, at the plaque honoring Theodore Roosevelt Jr, and at the aerodrome stele;
then the opening of the exhibition “The life of the inhabitants of Méautis, from 1939 until the reconstruction”.
Access to the car park from 9 a.m.
